On our Application, you will find Parts Available near you, so you can order them for quick Delivery, but in case of Out of Stock or Short Supply, or for the Long Distance delivery, we have to wait for the inventory to be Replenished by the respective Sellers.

We shall have various Discounts, Offers, Benefits to our Regular Business Associates. For Example, Reward Points, Domestic or Foreign Trips for High Flyers, Free Shipping in case of Bulk Orders, Authorised Retailers Tag, Priority Buyers for Fast Delivery etc.

Sellers will decide & give discount / coupon on all Products sold by them, plus above or besides that Sparepartwale.com may also give additional / Festival / Special Discounts or offers as per policy.

ORDERS

You will get an email and SMS for your orders.

Credit cards, Debit cards, Net banking, UPI, Google Pay/ Paytm/ PhonePe etc. COD option is not available as of now, but it will soon be made available for selective Heavy and regular Buyers.

Yes, buyer will receive payment in their account after deduction of necessary charges.

PAYMENT

For the Buyers, you can select the Payment Mode at time of Order Checkout and select the UPI, Net Banking / Wallet there.

Yes, You will receive the Invoice on given Mail ID at the time of Registration, Also You can download from our website.

For our Sellers, we need their Bank Account Details for the Payment to them for the Spare Parts sold on our Platform. We don't store Bank or Other details for the Buyers who transact on our Platform.

Yes, we consider the security of your personal information seriously. Our website uses end to end encryption technology to protect your data, and we adhere to strict privacy policies to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

DELIVERY

For All kinds of Orders, shipping and Delivery takes around 1 to 5 working days

You can Return the Parts Once Ordered and Received at your Garage within 24hrs of Delivery. Go to 'Your Orders' Section - Select the parts Which you ordered from there and start the Returning Process of that Part Using our Simple Process flow.

For the Damaged Parts Received, Kindly initiate the Return Process within 24hrs. and giving the Reason 'Damaged Parts Received'. Kindly go To 'My Orders' - Select the Part/s you ordered and you can initiate the Return Process of that part using our Simple Process Flow.

Once you Start the Returns Process, you will get a call and Pick up of the Part/s you want to Return within 24 Hours and after 07 Working Days of that Pick up, You will get Full Credit of the Money you had paid for that Order in your Credit Balance with us. If you have any Problems in that you can Call back to us on our Customer Support Number and raise the Query for the same.

On the Portal Website/ Application, you can track the Order once its dispatched from the Seller till you get the same at your end.

We at Sparepartwale will do all needful Processing for the Logistics related work, Delivery, Returns, Refund etc.

At the moment, we have not yet defined Express Shipping Options, but yes we are planning to introduce the same for our Premium Customers.

Once the Product is despatched from the Seller's Place, it can't be changed, because that creates unnecessary confusions and charges for the same.
